This is a print of an original watercolor painting I created of Mount Vernon, George Washington’s beloved home. Built around 1734, it eventually became George and Martha Washington’s estate. It passed to other members of Washington’s family, but the property fell into disrepair by the 1830s, and the Mount Vernon Ladies’ Association purchased the property to restore and open to the public in 1860. Thanks to them, this designated American historic landmark still stands today, open to the public for all to see and appreciate.
You can choose from a 4.25" x 5.5" blank greeting card with envelope, a 2" x 6" bookmark/mini print, 4.25" x 11" print, and 6.5” x 19” print (size of original painting). Prices include shipping. No frames or mats are included in this listing.
*Greeting card will be printed on high-quality 47 lb. presentation paper, and will come with a white envelope packaged in a clear sleeve with rigid cardboard for protection, with no tracking or insurance. It has a slightly different design than the print, with the writing description below the painting instead of above (see second photo).
*Bookmarks will be printed on 47 lb matte presentation paper and bookmarks will come in a clear vinyl sleeve with a tassel (tassel color will be random and not necessarily the color shown in the photo). They will be shipped first class with no tracking or insurance, with rigid cardboard for protection. If you wish to purchase shipping insurance, it can be purchased for a small fee at checkout.
No props used in the photos are included in this listing.
