Refund policy

If there is a problem with your order please contact me right away. Returns are not accepted on custom orders. Returns/refunds on other merchandise will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and could incur a restocking fee of up to 10% of the order value, at my discretion, depending on the situation. Depending on the situation, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping charges. Cancellation of orders prior to item(s) shipping will be processed minus a 4% fee to cover website processing fees. If there is a shipping issue, I’ll help you start a claim with the shipper (this includes items damaged in transit). I am not responsible for damage done in transit, or packages stolen once delivered. 

I use recycled and repurposed packaging for shipping items.
