PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS LISTING WITHOUT CONTACTING ME FIRST.
Are you looking for a unique option for fundraising for your school, church, historical society, or organization? Try custom artwork!
You’ll purchase a custom commission at a discounted price, and also receive discounted pricing on prints and other merchandise that you can sell for profit. I have a pricing sheet that I can send to anyone interested in fundraising with artwork—simply contact me through my contact form and I’ll be happy to sent it!
You have the option of original artwork, prints, blank cards (with envelopes), Christmas ornaments, ceramic coasters, tote bags, and hand/tea towels. Please note that there is no minimum order for the original artwork, prints, cards, or ornaments, but orders of coasters, totes, and towels will have a minimum order quantity of 5 of each item—I have a print company in Nashville, TN who fills these orders.
All paper goods are printed by me. Christmas ornaments are hand-painted individually by me, and will come with festive coordinating ribbon and some sort of seasonal embellishment (such as a small bell, decorative berries, etc. at my discretion, depending on what is available). I usually use sparkly paints as well. All ornaments are coated with a clear acrylic spray coating to protect the artwork.
Your original painting will be created on 100% cotton watercolor paper with professional paints. It will not be matted or framed.
I accept orders for fundraisers done two ways: ordering a set amount of everything to sell, or accepting pre-orders for a set amount of items. Regardless of which way you hold your fundraiser, your painting will be created and photographed by me, and photographs will be sent to the fundraiser contact to use for promotional flyers, etc. for taking orders. Original artwork and any other fundraiser items that need to be made in advance will need to be paid for at the time of ordering (after we talk about what you’d like to do, I’ll send an invoice for the initial work). Usually, the person holding the fundraiser will pay for the original artwork, then use the images of the completed piece(s) to take pre-orders. Once pre-orders are closed, I will send an invoice for the items I will be making to complete the orders, and once payment is received, I will start filling the orders. All items will be shipped together to one address for distribution, and will be shipped using either USPS or UPS with insurance to cover the full amount of the order. Time frames depend on the total amount of items that need to be made, but please plan for a MINIMUM of one month for completing fundraiser orders.
Due to Christmas commissions, I can’t accept fundraiser commissions from September through December.
